    Just started for me in Goleta CA (Cox Communications). Cant run anything... its just all lag, all the time.

    Oh gosh, Goleta here and also using Cox. Same issues; it's practically unplayable. Glad I found this thread.

    Cox Phoenix first time ever having problems, and it is completely unplayable. Bummer if Cox decided to start throttling.
