Sadly I wish this was true. As Camate put it:

First, I would like to clarify something about the bug report flow as we've seen many comments about this in the past. Bugs that have been moved to the "Accepted Bugs" forum are those that have sufficient information to be investigated. Although a reported bug was moved to the "Accepted Bug" forum does not mean that what was reported is an actual confirmed bug. Apologies for any confusion related to this process.

Next, there have been a lot of comments about how surviving Twintania's "Twister" ability is seemingly random. Please know that it is not random and that the development team has adjusted the difficulty of this battle to be of the highest level that is in the game currently. With that said though, it was still designed to be beaten. While we definitely cannot comment on strategy, we believe that a valiant group will be able to defeat Twintania.
Accepted bug only means enough information to be investigated not that it will. >< Square is good at using vague enough words to perhaps maybe quiet us down.
I do not mean to pick apart your post. I hope to get further discussion on what it means to be an "accepted bug"

Not that it's confirmed to be a bug or anything, but yeah. It isn't confirmed.. outside of Yoshi stating the .3 delay is down from .5 seconds, which means it's intentional. When I think of them not improving upon it further though, I get sad.
As do I. Oh and angry too ><.
I do hope you did not take my quote of you as an attack. I saw it as a nice way to point to that quote by Camate for those that might not have seen it.
