WP vs AK for TOM

Relic + DL = 15m or lower WP.

Even a regular run will be done in 25m, when compared to a 40m+ run of AK.

WP done yesterday in 35mins with a blm with white items, AF, average ilvl around 45.
The good thing about wp is that the groups below average still finish the dungeon, while those guys would not have gone passed the demon wall in AK.

I just sign up for both, and see which pops first (usually wanderer's). I like a bit of variation, band besides that, I collect the armour sets to go on my mannequins once housing is available

This, I always sign up for both. Usually q as BRD for first run, then WHM, and then MNK. This keeps everything new and entertaining.

Is WP or AK generally more efficient for mythology farming? Don't want to be comparing the extreme cases with speed runs, just in general, cos you hardly run into any exceptional speed runs through DF.

For myth, based on my experiences:

If you're using the duty finder: WP
If you're going in a premade: WP

Maybe it's just my opinion, but AK can drop off the face of Eorzea now. That place is dead to me ♥

Wp works the best for me, but I only FC run it with tanks I know and AOE if I can get lucky. If your tank knows what he is doing WP is a easy 15 minutes. If your tank doesnt know what he is doing (pugged a tank last Monday) WP can still be a nightmare. AK has the "better" gear, but if you don't need it WP is the way to go.

40+? What the, how are you running it lol It takes like 30mins flat just running and killing everything. Can be faster as well.
