Bard Nerfs Offically Confirmed

So, did they officially say what specific nerfs they are doing to the damage output or is it just going to affect damage as a whole? We already get the 20% dps reduction from playing songs...

Always assume the worse cause it usually is.
I'm fine with no mobility, like in WKC. I can't think of a mmo off the top of my head in which you can move and attack.
But if its a damage nerf. Either A. They give bards a damage LB or B give bards there own role to queue into. Since they won't be dpses
