Well at least some sort of acknowledgement is a start. The issues remains but at least they are acknowledging that this is their issue and not ours, as certain people would try to indicate.

This is what I've been waiting nearly 50 days for... that's it! That's all you needed to say and I would have been totally content waiting weeks with no frustration.

erm, thanks for posting back in this forum. but those were the same words as last time (quite some time ago)
any news on how the progress is since the last time you said that?
