http://www.overclock.net/t/1267918/g...d-undervolting. Following those instructions, which was basically just that one command for me because I didn't care for the overclock, stopped the crashing and freezing completely.
I have no experience with cmd, and i tried too make a .bat but i have no idea what the hell kind of text im supposed too put in it xD i tried the lines that were suggested but they didn't work, so i probably did something wrong. I mean theres gotta be more than nvidiaInspector.exe -forcepstate:0,8 in cmd or the .bat file right? Im sorry though but i am completely lost in this :P
All the .bat file did was make a small black window that disappeared shortly after it popped up.

I would LOVE too try this though but i cant seem too figure it out gah!

I have fix my crash/BOSD problem with my Asus GTX 770 DirectCu OC by changing Alimentation Mod in Nvidia Control Panel from "Adaptive" to "Maximal Performance". I have tested more than three weeks with no crash.
This seems wonderful too and all but i dont have nvidia control panel showing up, and after i finally found it.. It didn't have Alimentation Mod anywhere in there i looked everywhere :/

I did test coil on friday, saturday and monday no crashes at all or anything like lagg or BSOD's. But i still keep getting random crashes outside, i seem too be safe in main cities for some reason. But when i go for AK or WP nothing can happen all run or i can freeze/crash 6 times in one run :P I've never crashed on Titan or Garuda yet either but i did crash on Ifrit a while back but i think its more stable now.

    ANY tips would be appreciated!

Weird. What you're describing sounds like over voltage/over clock or under voltage/under clock issue of your CPU/GPU. When under heavy load, does your computer seem to ratchet itself back? I've had BSOD issues, but they were self induced by under volting or over volting the cores to eek out more performance.

It sounds like when your computer wants to ramp up for really demanding stuff, it tries to protect itself by dropping your cores down to reduce heat and causing the BSOD.

I take it you have an Intel/Nvidia machine? I haven't done a ton of tweaking with it, but by locking your pstate (this tells your cores what to run at and when to drop down if needed) in the highest state possible should fix the problem. I would imagine programs like BAR-EDIT should be able to accomplish the same thing.

I overvolt using AMD Overdrive and Trixx GPU utility. The programs are designed for AMD/APUs so they wouldn't work for intel/Nvidia, but for users with AMD machines, overdrive/trixx my be a viable solution. I've provided the names of a couple programs I know of to modify voltage core settings:

    PSCheck
    AMD OverDrive
    BAR-EDIT

    To Jaysnn:

I checked that error out you're getting. Sounds like a drive conflict. You're not using beta drivers or see any duplicate drivers right? You may need to boot into safe and completely remove your graphics driver and scrub your computer to make sure no traces of the driver linger (they tend to and they tend to cause problems). Reload the drivers and see if that works.

You may need to overvolt your CPU as well as the error from what I'm reading sounds like a core dump due to the CPU being limited to it's voltage draw. RAM problems give a different kind of error (Kernel Panic). Depending on your machine, you may be able to up your voltage in the BIOS, or by a third party program (see above). Check to make sure you're running the most recent BIOS firmware as well. When in doubt, call your computer OEM (ESPECIALLY about BIOS updates and how to perform them. If the BIOS flash fails, you may be able to go back at them for repair/RMA)

Its not really strange cause i run Crysis on almost full with 75-79c on graphics card and cpu around 65c in Crysis 3 and it almost didn't lag and it never crashed or got a BSOD, the only game that gets it is FFXIV ARR, and as said earlier my temps in this game are around 50-55 maybe 60 at most on gpu. So that doesent make sense at all. I have turned off and on overclock before didn't help still got freezes and still got BSOD. If BSOD was caused by overheat it would happen in other games too, especially Crysis 3.

I just wonder why only this game? Im just frustrated :/ ive ran stress test too and it went fine, i ran the whole stress test too :P with over clock, no issues.

It's not so much actual heat. It's more the computer thinking it's running to hard and to avoid a Kernel Panic, it's ratcheting back. It could also be (more rarely) your power supply going out. Your temps are good. Your computer thinks there is something wrong.

You can try to lock your Pstate and over volt to see if it stabilizes.

    so this is still going...
for me it barely even start. 30s after i push "Play" on the client my screen just goes black, my monitor loses signal, turns on and off a couple of times until i get the BSOD even on the lowest setting i can put it.
its a shame cuz i would quit WoW for this any day. I can play it on the ps3 but its not the same thing

Oh i see.. Im sorry about the quick judgement then. Then you are right that this IS very strange xD
I tried the .bat thing yesterday i think i got it right after all but then the game started lagging like hell, even the chat lagged so i turned it back by using the change back to default .bat and that fixed it. I sadly cant play with that lag, but it may stop crashing though :P But with that lag its unplayable in the first place hehe. I really wish i could find a way too get a Nvidia control panel with that setting cause i got 770 gtx 4 gig as well and ive installed the newest driver but i still didn't get any control panel icon down in the right side corner, i just had to find it manually in the file directory, and it didn't have that setting :/

Edit: Nvidia control panel is not showing up in windows control panel itself i found out, im gonna have to look more into this :P

Can you describe the lag? Is it network lag, frame rate lag, render lag? If you set the PState too high and you aren't driving your voltages up, you will see driver crashes or the GPU unable to render due to there not being enough voltage to drive the cores.

Can you install the control panel separately? I found a link to the stand alone control panel client:

Ill try link thanks, but the lag is fast and choppy and its not network lag it is when i run the bat file with the first command line nvidiaInspector.exe -forcepstate:0,8, when turned back to default lag stops. And i got an Intel processor by the way, Intel Core i74770K. Im trying to adjust in the control panel i found in the file directory, and trying to make the my graphic card work differently and testing settings that might help :P

Im scared to screw around with voltage though, im afraid i might break something :/

Edit: that link gave me malware, i had too stop download midway thank god i didn't download it all.. Both malwarebytes + adv cleaner found a lot of shit :/ That download place is NOT safe, atleast not anymore... Great now i probably have to format -_-* GAH!

You're locking your pstate into a set parameter. I don't know Nvidia very well, but 0,8 might be max settings. The problem with locking your state is that your cores are on full throttle, but your running on empty. The cores sound like they are having a hard time maintaining their frequency due to the clock (locking your state isn't overclocking, but it's pretty close to it). Your PState is running max while your BIOS thinks it should be giving non performance voltage.

Odds are you're going to have to up your voltage. It's not too dangerous, just don't red line it out the gate. Up it incrementally until you start to artifact/core dump. Then you know how high you can take it. The biggest thing is to NOT max your voltage on the first go. Up it a few .xx volts at a time.

    For Example:

My Max NB/CPU vid Voltage is about 1.3 volts. Depending on temp, I may run to 1.31 (cold) or to 1.28 (hot). I don't exceed 1.31 EVER as I have core dumped and there was so much draw on my power supply that my computer stopped charging. I was lucky. If I blew a DC fuse, I would be getting a new computer.

I have tried these suggestions, but unfortunately I am still crashing, laptop just shuts completely down. I am not sure what to do next. I have downloaded different programs trying to make adjustments, but very few adjustments can be made. I am unsure of my next move.
