If you didn't see the information/translation first hand, then forget about it.Twice now, Yoshida has told the community that the inherent lag in-game is a monitoring algorithm recording your actions/gil/movements etc - Thus the packet load delay. There have been MANY posts about that buffer system and requesting it be moved to the client.
