How to make levelling alts more enjoyable

Well, you say you want to try all this content and know how all classes work yada yada, but I think that's a bit of a lie if you're saying you want to do that, but have no interest in being in the best gear doing the hardest content.

I think what you actually want to do is just dabble in the classes, I prefer to treat every class as my main, but sure, if you enjoy not playing the classes seriously and focus on a main and not bother much with your alts, that's fine.

But why would you want that for an alt? Alts should never be as geared as a main. That's why they're alts.

Hardest end-game contect is a small fraction of game's content. I do enjoy completing even lower level dungeons with different classes. I will get to 50, get all skills, mess around with rotations/ways of playing the class even before Titan HM and Coil. I was saying the notion "Only end-game is worth doing and enjoying" is not how many players perceive playing this game. And by the time I even get two classes to 50 new content will be introduced (Crystal Tower as step to get gear before coil, no need to rush AF2).
If you want to say I'm not competitive by not rushing to do end-content and proving to myself I am a really good *insert class name*, by all means, yes, I was competitive for a while in previous mmorpgs, now I just get enjoyment from what I can.

Yeah, I think I just like to treat all classes like mains, it's a shame they don't allow it in this game when they do in every other MMO (Unless you pay extra of course, though that only solves half the problem).
