Just my suggestion on how to improve the leveling experience, especially for alts when nobody is doing fates in the 1-30 zones... trust me, this will happen once the game ages and everyone is 50. It's already happening, Central Shroud was empty last night and I saw multiple fates expiring.

1. Dungeons
Completion Bonus: This should always be there, even if you've already done the dungeon before. Not only that, the completion bonus itself should be increased tenfold. It's my opinion that dungeons should give the same hourly exp rate of fate farming, if not more...
The problem with FATES is that all you do with your class is hotkey the aoes and run in blind folded... this is not a great way to learn the class. On my THM all i did was spam blizzard 2, i never used any good abilities and rotations unless it was a Fate boss. How is this fun?
Dungeon Buff: EXP increase for killing dungeon monsters and triple that EXP increase for killing dungeon bosses. This already happens to some degree but it should be increased a lot more.
Daily Dungeon Leves: Why don't you add leves that are specifically setup for dungeons? for example, go into Sastasha and kill XYZ, come back and I'll give you XYZ experience. The leve quests will scale with your level, if you initiate it at level 15, you will get Sastasha leve quest... talk to Leve NPC at 32? it'll be Brayflox Longstop, etc.
2. Guild Hests
Completion Bonus: Again, this should be increased and reset when you swap classes. I don't understand why this is only viable once and ONCE only? it shouldn't be bound to "character" but instead, should be bound to the "class" you're playing. Not only will this help with queue times but it would add more variety to the game.

These are just some suggestions, whether they are too complex or eat too much dev team, that's another story... but since you're adding an MVP system to dungeons, don't you think revamping them a little is also a good idea? like i said, this will help in 2 ways, the queue times will be quicker and it will also add variety to leveling alts.
If you don't want to add all these complications to the game, a simple solution would be to simply increase dungeon monster and boss exp and increase the completion bonus by giving more exp and rewarding it to everyone, even if they have done the dungeon already.
