Request for information: ISPs and P2P throttling

Titan has become impossible for me - I regularly watch all actions within the game "lock up" and freeze for 2-6 seconds during instances.

Happens in all instances that i've tested so far - and has gotten worse over the last two weeks.

When crafting I'll watch it happen as well where actions triggered will take 2-6 seconds to actually trigger.

I got two 90000 errors some days ago when all this problems started. There is also dissapearing mobs and heavy lags when close to FATE's. A FATE could be clear without me seeing one single mob though , 5 players (only) next to me is throwing spells constantly into single air.
If I throw heal (as White Mage) or luckily target one enemy/mob then it takes around 5-10 second to even throw a damaging spell.

In dungeons runs it is incredible hard to heal on boss fights because sometimes the character get massive lag and just stands still.
This server things you put up also shows great disrespect to EU player by placing the servers in Canada which is quite far away for us. Cross atlantic ...

Also quite heavy delays on spell casting. I can run in a dungeoun or out while questing and stop to cast spell but the server says I'm still moving and everything gets interruped.

It took me a lot of time and my groups are hating me when I came to Titan quest to even complete it. It started good but when his line AOE knock off ability is target on me I stop whatever I'm doing instantly and run. Clearly outside even from the small black shadows next to it I'm still getting hit and get knocked off platform causing wipe to party. After many tries I had to use sprint and seconds before we took him I get instant freeze and could not move cause of lag.

Dungeon Stone Vigil or something at first boss I clearly stood behind him after the rush and I still got the breath / stunned / melee'd and instant death. This is where my party says (all 3) could clearly see me INFRONT of boss like I never moved.

This game is horrible broken because of the lag last days. (First days I got it was quite good)

The game is good and actually fun to play as a final fantasy fan, but as others I will also stop to subscribe and quit this game soon. It is now 2013 and 2014 is coming very fast. Multiple companys and even Blizzard could host up servers in EU regions and answering the community about how things are going. I know you at Square Enix can too. But so many posts and threads and no sign from you does not hurt us. It hurts you...

- Reference number from your ISP, if you raised this matter with them - n/a but did ask them about it, they reset my router, that didnt solve anything and they couldnt see any issue on their end.

- Reference number from your ISP, if you raised this matter with them - Not reference number. Asked them specifically if they throttle p2p networking, but they denied doing so. But I trust Lyse about as little as I trust you, SE, as I am unable to play the game while you drag your feet with this issue.

alot of my lag usually starts from 230pm up untill midnight through peak time. i also always lag durring fighting. on both ps3 and pc.
i have tried going to my moms but same lag problems her ISP is Suddenlink. Same time and same problems.

PS: Whoever's idea it was to make it so that you have to click the star - and ONLY the star - for your character selection to be able to post on the forums should be fired. After 14 years of being a web developer that's one of the most retarded thing's I've ever seen.

The people that get routed through TATA are the ones having issues for the most part. In short, SQUARE needs to fire them, and relocate.
