But the problem with 14 as I've noticed personally is that it feels like the tanks have to do all the work...

Fair enough. I enjoy tanking for the most part, but it's when I have to do all of those things and then people don't do their part or take it for granted. I don't expect the red carpet treatment, but I expect people to know their jobs and to gear appropriately. If people do what they're supposed to do without me hand holding them, then all that grinding and studying doesn't bother me.
