Odd in full DL + Ifrit weapons during release week we had no trouble killing the demon wall right after the second repel.

I feel as if maybe the issue is you and not the boss, there is no tweak needed, no nerf needed, it already is a simple and basic fight with 2 important mechanics. Dodge purple and don't get knocked off by repel.

of course it is for a group with already full dark light and relic +1 what you are not realising is AK is for item lvl 50 gear and I cant see a group of item lvl 50 doing demon wall. I should know ive pugged AK enough. just get over yourself, I can tank demon wall just fine, but with no dps or heals even me being geared I aint going to stay alive very long nore is the health of demon wall going to go down.get out of the tunnel vision you see and look at it from all angles. thanks

I'm pretty sure AK difficulty is based on iLvl 55 gear (aka WP).

The Demon Wall fight is not all that hard at all. It sounds more like you've ran into a string of bad luck than anything else. I've ran this several times with people only geared in AF and Wanderer's Palace gear and the fight is still quite doable. At that gear level, the gnats are a real threat but the wall shouldn't be. Typically, at the gear level I stated, people will defeat the wall when it is one repel away from locking people in the poison field. Which, to me, is normal and not panic worthy.

If you are running with people of that gear level or better and they still cannot defeat the wall, then it sounds like you are running with people who don't know how to maximize the damage of their class. This can happen a lot as people fall into a rotation they think is good but is actually sub-optimal and cripples their own damage.

As the pld tank of your runs, all I can suggest is going sword oath and helping your dps along as best as possible. Afterall, there's no risk in that since Demon Wall doesn't care about threat generation. However, if you're over geared, then you can simply tank both gnats and tell your dps to focus on the wall till the battle is over. That should also alleviate your troubles.

In the end though, I don't think a tweak is needed. It is a very generous dps race fight.

The TC and people like him are what's wrong with modern games and potentially what might be the end of this game for me if it goes down this path in the future. Dude, Amdapor Keep is an insanely easy dungeon and these so-called "experienced players" you've run it with must be wearing level 30-40 white gear if they can't down the Demon Wall. Either that, or they suck really hard at learning basic boss mechanics. Not trying to be an elitist here, but what the hell is the point of playing the game if you don't want to be challenged in any possible way? I'm cool with people being able to grind to 50 essentially on autopilot, but AK is very very simple as it is and requires MAYBE 3-4 runs through Wanderer's Palace and a quick Ifrit fight. That, and having some basic maneuverability skills.
