How can we be sure SE bans the right person for exploits if there's no transparency?

Sick of these "I am Innocent" Threads .......
Everytime someone gets caught breaking TOS its always the "I am innocent" threads , if we have a Shame List , we could all just point to it and tell them to STFU .

Cheaters are the SCUM that hurt every game and there is no excuse for being that lazy that you have to reply on RMT and Third Party Tools to win ..........

See that's your Issue , its not the Company who has to Provide Proof .
Its a Private Company
This is what happens in the Private World.

Its not up for discussion , quit if you do not like it ..........

They are not banning people for Fun , people are breaking the rules and getting caught .

Believe this or not , but a vast Majority of Players have no ever been banned or suspended , because they come onto a game and play it and do not go out their way to cause issues or problems or cheat to get ahead .

As for Proof , this is the internet , in real life we have people who kill people , found with the proof of their crime ,and yet with every detail proven , the defense team is able to rip it apart and claim innocence .

SE could come on here with a Video detailing what was done by Said player , showing transactions , Dates , Times , who and what involved and every reason under the sun , and then the said TOS breaker will go on to say either that was not him/her and or they were hacked .

I think SE or any MMO should just ban and call it that . You do not like it , find a MMO company that does otherwise and stick with them.

Companies as you point out exist to make money. Alienating your customers, causing them to loose confidence in company and less likely to spend money there. As mentioned it leaves a black eye on the company and hurts the company. It also increases the cost to acquire and maintain a customer.
