How can we be sure SE bans the right person for exploits if there's no transparency?

The Name of Linked Account to RMT goes on a list
GMs check Said list
Then you get what you get .

I heard on my server a FC had players who lost Gil due to this and they sold Titan Runs . Likely paid for by players who bought Gil , hence why the Titan Mercs only lost their Gil and not got banned.
They and possibly you made deals with Shady people who paid for your services with Bubble money , and as soon as they walked away it all popped ......... atleast that's how I see it.

You're still playing , likely paid at that , learn from your mistake no matter how "Innocent" it might have been and how you might have been . Players weren't buying 400k-1m + Items from Legit money and you likely knew that either before or after.

So think of it as Bubble Money , you were ripped off by a Criminal Dirtbag and SE was the Police that most likely Banned that Player while you just got Suspended and Bubbles Bursted ..............
Atleast you still have the Ability to make more .

Too bad you jump in a thread making posts when you clearly have no idea what you're talking about. I'm not even a crafter, I sold mining mats to hundreds of different players. Guess my whole server is populated with shady people... Oh and then NPCs are shady too, they also took the 350k I made from the story

I'm not one to normally point to MS as a good example on much if anything but I absolutely love the way they handle Xbox Live cheaters/griefers/other rule breakers that come onto their forums and claim innocence. I've seen many, MANY people go to their forums to proclaim their innocence only to be met with EXACTLY what they did splayed out for everyone to see. I've even seen their team post what steps they did to verify their information including in-depth investigation details.

I feel no sorrow for you , so fail on and on and when you get tired of being punished and move on to the next MMO to continue the cycle , I will not miss your insults and lack of attempt to listen to others .
And I will likely make it another 16+ years of unharmed Characters by MMO companies seeking to keep their games clean on bad players who cannot follow TOS .

Obviously deeply needed here but the "Innocent" will just go on to deny it more.

Its not that I totally think people like KevinC are guilty of anything , but its hard to think he is innocent when he adds insults and conspiracies in about everything he post.

Like I said in the Post KevinC replied to , A FC on my server suffered Gil being taken from them because they were selling Titan wins at 400k a pop and its was most likely paid for by Gil Buyers ....... which I seen happening when I seen this the first week the game went live.

People like KevinC play innocent , and he might have been as forth not participating in Gil Buying himself , but the items or services he sold were and thus got him where he is at.

SE did not do this , Gil Buyers did . They owe them money and that's how I'd look at it . SE had to clean up the Illegal money and if they cannot see it , then they never will and they will be right back here again ....

I imagine some of you guys were innocent , but again , you'd had to known not everyone you were selling Services to could afford 100k+ .......... Does not make you a villain , does not make you guilty , but SE did have to clean up the Gil that was illegal and given to you .

I hope playing mmos for 16 years make you feel special (I've been around since UO). I never hacked in any games I played, but something tell me whatever i'll say won't even scratch your shiny armor

Record everyone second of playing the game and if you get screwed, Take it to a lawyer spend 1m RL dollars to Sue SE so you can get your character gil back.
