    Yeah they seem to have left off the whole linkshell situation. Perhaps it's being lumped in with the eventual UI overhaul?

    It sounds like a lot of work has been going into the game. However, I'm still astounded at how clueless the team seems to be. How are they assessing the cost of so many things and "thinking" about chocobos? How could they be "thinking" about chocobos so long after release? Is the code a mess and they can't figure out how to program them in? I really don't get it.

    It's all great but like every letter putt out, It's missing ONE key thing allot of us need to know and would like some feed back on and that's the changes if any to the Linkshell system which in my opinion is flawed.
    1. We need to be able to boot globally.
    2. Bigger Shell size limit if not a boot option.
    3. Greater and or more Linkshell based Events.
    4. A Linkshell common bank/retainer
    5. More Icons with more colors to choose from.
    6. Link shell buffs and or linkshell Achievements.

    If that is the case i would like at-least a little box saying so lol. But I know atleast on the more full Servers theirs shell's like mine who have been full 2-3 times when a button could fix the issue.

    In an earlier interview with a magazine or a fansite, they gave their reasoning (excuse? lol) that they hadn't implemented chocobos yet because the anima teleportation system already covers transportation so they need to work on other things that chocobos can be used for.

    A flimsy response, yes, but it is what it is. My guess is that they still need to do a lot of work in the areas of art assets, motion capturing, and animation, but who knows.

    I seen that but. Fixing the battle system for a platform of people who like to play together in shell based events like leves and or NM's we really need some more abilities as LS masters to get rid of inactive players and so forth. To run a LS in this game atleast a bigger end one takes allot out of one's play time to track down players, re pearling shells, and keeping moral high in wait for SE content arrivals. The deference in 1 button would make to allot of leaders is MAJOR. Re pearling alone is a hellish task.

    I doubt they didn't do a riding animation in the mocap session. Unless they have an internal mocap studio. If thinking about the usefulness of anima is all the thinking they've done on chocobos, how sad. Anima isn't that useful. Most people don't want to use it. Even if chocobos were only rented out of the 3 cities, that would be fine for a start. Baffling. SE is never going to catch up with this level of cluelessness.
