Crystal Tower will be a face roll for all FCs which have any organization. In order to get addons we would need SE to make their API public, it may happen eventually but it won't be too soon. Go check out FFXIVAPP for a good parser to monitor damage/heal output. I'll be doing pre-made raids for this content but if I didn't I would be very uneasy about using a random group finder for 24 total people...

Point is, raid guilds have the tools they need; we definitely don't need any kind of in-game boss mod / recount / threat meter / etc for this game, not for current content at least.
