Titan Duty Finder

Has anyone ever actually beat Titan using the Duty Finder without being super excessively geared and queuing as a team?

2 Tanks 4 DPS just seems like such a bad setup. I always get 1 of 3 types of groups on him.

1. A group where someone or several people die before heart even shows up. Not once or twice but over and over.

2. A group that doesn't have the DPS to take down the heart even with limit break 2.

3. A group that dies on the bombs right after the heart every single time. Its a headache.

I'm just wondering is there a DPS issue running with 2 tanks using the duty finder?
Has anyone had any success beating him queuing solo for Titan?

I've done it with 3 healers, 2 tanks and 3 DPS. It wasn't promising at first, but we did it with that composition. Players just need to know how to play their job correctly and know how to dodge. That's really all to it.

You cant break the 2 tanks, 2 healers, 4 DPS in duty finder. If you have more than that in your group it wont let you use duty finder.

Yeah, I know she stated DF, but if you read it again, she did mention this:

We had 2 Tanks and 3 DPS and was able to nail it down. So if my group could do it, then DF should be fine with 2 Tanks and 4 DPS setup.

How geared were you and your group?

Both tank had DLs and garuda weapon, everybody else were mostly AK ilvl60 gears and some darklights and some garuda weapons.

yesterday we were very close to killing the heart. Like 1% or 2% was left. Never got to P5 in DF.

I did both Paladin and Dragoon in the duty finder, each time we had at least one to two dead weight. It's doable if the other 6 know what they are doing.

I can say yes to the OP's main question, as I just finished taking down Titan HM in a one-shot after solo queueing in DF. Checked the rest of the party's gear, and 2 people had their relic weapons, the rest either Garuda or Ifrit weapons and DL/AK gear.
