EDIT: Messed around with it in Photoshop. You can give your drawings a professional, digital-looking finish by playing with the Levels - select the entire picture, and hit Ctrl (or Command) + L. Drag the little grey, black, and white markers to achieve the desired effect - probably no perfect way, but with a little fiddling somewhere around my levels here, you can work something out. The way it works is that the huge spike around half-way is the grey of the drawing paper, and the rest is the black of the pen, dark to light strokes. Setting the white threshold below the paper color turns the output background white.
