I have ran Titan with people and ran Garuda and Ifrit with people who simply needed a tank and I had no need for the fight whatsoever. I make money through crafting items for people, not charging them money for running them through content (ie, Titan).

I also don't complain about peoples gear in ANY dungeon, CM, AK or Praetorium.

I have started blacklisting everyone that acts like that. MMOs are about being social and anyone that is antisocial gets it from me.

EDIT: I have run titan story mode now as a healer, tank and dps. Tank many times... using duty finder. Same goes for Ifrit.

I like helping people and just messing around. I don't get upset when people are not as good as me and from my experience the people who do are not very good. They almost always are where they are by being carried.

I was farming today for leather craft, Beating the teleport RMT 90% of the time. But anytime someone came by I would send a tell and ask if they needed mob for quest and a few said I need it for hunt and I would skip that mob till they left. Everyone thanked me for not hurting there hunts.

    Commendations.
If I play dps I only give it out to other dps.
If I play tank I only give it out to healers.
If I play healer I only give it out to tank.

Only if they should be getting a commendation.

Amen to this, it seems like the online atmosphere is gradually taken a nosedive as far as maturity and willingness to play socially for fun.

I do not understand why people with the mentality "I login once a week to max my tomes". I mean wtf? If you do not enjoy playing the game than wtf are you subbing for?..to get some tomes..to purchase equipment..that your probably never going to use since you don't actually enjoy playing the game. I guess call me crazy but I don't get it lol.

This made me laugh because it's so true.
If there is something better out there try that. Come back after 2.2 2.3 and you may enjoy the game.

Correct... WoW is just full of esport wannabes.

It was not uncommon for me to get yelled at or called a noob in WoW. I was once yelled at for being the "worst tank ever" because I died on a raid boss... a boss where I managed to out heal all but two healers... I also out damaged everyone. Meanwhile I had a nice long list of realID friends on other servers from high end raiding guilds because they liked how I tanked. Personally I blame the Dunning Kruggar effect. They suck, don't think they suck, and because they suck they are unable to figure out that they suck. This also causes them to blame everyone else when they fail.

Despite dungeons not offering much reward, I intentionally join them. I even set search criteria to "in-progress." The only time I drop these groups is when the tank does, simply because odds are super low a tank will join an in-progress.

When I roll in, I can usually tell by the boss progress and timer what the group struggled with. I also know that I am a higher-end healer due to my gaming and MMO healing experience. So, I politely explain the fights and heal my butt off. I try to compensate for lower player skill or awareness.

At the same time, if I am doing all of this and being blatantly ignored/trolled, I will question my presence there and move on. I will let people die in fires. I will not rez jerks. I will state my case.

All MMOs need are a little humility and respect. I love it when I help a group beat a dungeon they have clearly struggled with for some time (noted by "FINALLY!" in party chat).

Besides that: I learn how to heal through chaos when I have to heal a subpar group.

Play CM yesterday. 1 tank, 1 bard and 1 healer was new. Game start and 2 players left the game without saying a word. To those 2 guys that left. We help the 3 finish with CM without you 2. Even though we end up with 1 cannon. We did not wipe even once. Took slightly longer time to finish but still better then sitting around 15 mins staring at the screen.
