Please do not lock Jobs to the Weapon Class that unlocks them.

Ninja and Samurai would probably share the same class and most likely it would be a new one something like swordmaster.

6. Now no matter what class you are on as long as you are above rank 30 you can assign Monk as your job to modify your playstyle for that Weapon Class.

This is exactly what I don't want to happen, explain how this would allow for more unique roles ?, which is the whole point of them adding job specific abilities and traits.

6. You can now only equip Monk if you are on Pugilist even if another weapon is valid for Monk (Pole/Staff/Club) based on FF Lore.
