update Duty Finder

If I'm correct, the level 32 dungeon is Brayflox's Longstop, which is a dungeon that most people avoid like the plague. Having all servers in the duty finder pool isn't going to improve waiting time much.

I think Square Enix will need to adjust the dungeon a little in order for more people to sign up for it as a tank, because that's where the problem lies.

Didn't know people avoided that dungeon.. Really good gear comes from it. The best pretty much from 32 and into your 40's..
