How to we Save our Characters going to Full Subscription?

they NEED TO MAKE IT SIMPLE for normal people.

I dont see where we can choose either full or limited subscription yet..i guess i will wait in the chat room support line again tomorrow. i need to be sure. sigh but thanks.

They do, its called Mog Station, if you are accessing it from the normal account management page you are doing it the wrong way. There is no full or limited subscription. There is the 12.99 subscription, where you get access to 1 character per world, or the 14.99 subscription where you get access to 8 characters per server. If you actually took the time to look this stuff up you would find it faster than waiting in line for CS. Don't blame SE because YOU are too lazy to actually look for the information yourself.
