How to we Save our Characters going to Full Subscription?

I am going from the free access that came with my purchase of the game to automatc subscriptoin and I have three characters active on three differnt worlds. How do i save them ? i saw only my main character on the service account once i chose that option and loaded up my Crysta Account..do we have to make a seperate service account for each character? i dont want to lose them.... i didnt see any clear instructions on how to set up the accounts they really need to do some kind of easy to understand clear step by step set up READ ME for us all. any advice welcome. I was in the Chat Support line until 10 minutes ago, i got to 1, then back to 2 and then to 1 and then they closed for the day. sigh.

If you pay for the 14.99 monthly instead of the 12.99 monthly you will have access to all of them. Or maybe only 8 of them.

I'm pretty sure 14.99 is 8 characters per server and 12.99 is 1 character per server.

I have the 12.99 and I couldn't figure out how to get my level 1 delete or play her. So as for that I don't know what to tell you.

they NEED TO MAKE IT SIMPLE for normal people.

I dont see where we can choose either full or limited subscription yet..i guess i will wait in the chat room support line again tomorrow. i need to be sure. sigh but thanks.

You should be fine as the standard account allows you to have one character per server over 8 servers max. But yeah, SE's payment system can seem convoluted.

They do, its called Mog Station, if you are accessing it from the normal account management page you are doing it the wrong way. There is no full or limited subscription. There is the 12.99 subscription, where you get access to 1 character per world, or the 14.99 subscription where you get access to 8 characters per server. If you actually took the time to look this stuff up you would find it faster than waiting in line for CS. Don't blame SE because YOU are too lazy to actually look for the information yourself.

There is the 12.99 subscription, where you get access to 1 character per world, or the 14.99 subscription where you get access to 8 characters per server. i DID use the Mog Station to do my sub, but there was no place that indicated what level my sub was.

and Gonzo excuse me but that was not very helpful. I DID look and have looked and studied this game, been in the beta and been supporting the series for years.and i work with hundreds of other games and MMOs, this is the most complex of any i have seen. There WAS NO OPTION for choosing the sub level it only acknoweldged that i HAD subscribed.

UPDATE: I did finally find the page where you can pick the level it was there, and just kind of hard to find at first.

Sorry, but SE's system is extremely clunky and not very user friendly. It should be as easy and logging into the official site, press account, press renew sub, enter your CC info and press OK.

And yet, when I went to add my subscription all I did was click on mogstation, login, click on renew subscription, crysta, and boom, you choose what subscription you want, it removes the crysta from your account and you're good to go. Only reason it should take longer is if you don't have crysta on your account, or you are getting the infamous CC errors. Sorry, but if you want WoW, go play WoW. Otherwise get used to it, Trion isn't like this, nor is LOTRO, hell Lotro's way is at time convoluted in and of itself.

Then apparently you didn't research and look hard enough. TBH, before sunday i only went to Mog Station to check on transfers. When I had to renew my subscription I found it very straight forward, and I used crysta too, but I guess i should expect you to find it difficult seeing as how you can't even spell Admin correctly.

He found it confusing. Threads like this are what Google searches find for people having the same issue but first the question has to be asked. He turned to the community for an answer that people, like yourself, can answer quickly for him. No need for the snark.

I found it confusing as well since I stored my credit info for automatic renewal but SE required me to go to another website to verify when it deducts. I've never seen this for any online vendor where you have to move to a different website to verify a transaction.
