Somehow I knew this would devolve into a "give Dragoons a wyvern".
OP doesn't seem to be a fan of the franchise, else they'd know more about Dragoon's various appearances in older FF games.
Kain's attacks from FF4 were literally regular attack and Jump. There was a fight specifically designed with Jump in mind.
Lancers from FFT had Attack and Jump.
Sounds like Lancer/Dragoon doesn't appeal to you. Maybe you should try a different class.
and p.s i never said anything like give dragoons a wyvern that was the sugguting a.
what im saying give dragoons dragon breath abilitys ice breath etc
that we get after we kill the dragon or get hit with that breath attack
that we we are something other than friken bunnys that only jumps and have dragon about us. the name is dragoon not bunnyoon
we dont get bonus from killing dragons like extra gill or exp
we don't even get a dragon mount
we dont get dragon abilitys
we dont get dragon pet
so tell me how are me dragoons aka dragon knights
for now on dragoons arent called dragoons in my eyes they will be called bungoons
why because we get jumps
and because bunny knights are basicly what we are

i'm more concerned about the futur i must admit,
jump is a nice capacity, but we need more as the game will grow, with the increase of the level cap, i hope to see more different capacity for the dragoon.
not that imsupporting the complaint but
(SPOILERS for those who care)
didnt the dragoons in FFII have wyverns they rode before they were wiped out?
also i rmeember ffta having dragoons that breathed elemental fires as well, though idk why we would need that here.
dragoons feel more based off of Kain from ffIV then anything.
This has to be a troll, considering he was a Blue mage at best lol.
Also here you and this guy should compare notes on Dragoons.

Goons job skills actually set them apart more than pretty much any other jobs skills. Most job skills are truly underwhelming and add no ostentation to the jobs. Goons jumps, even if they're a bit clunky, are at least cool and unique.
anyways end of the story we arent dragon knights we are no more than knights that can jump without anything dragon like
and im done with atm dragoons are sucky without dragon quiltys jump is pretty suck as it is im going summoner until lazy Se makes dragoons a dragon knight not a bunny knight
@Laiyenu if thats true then i hope we get blue mages soon then and in that case dragoons are just worthless knights
and im not a troll this is what i really think SE did when making the dragoon
this is what se did with the jumps basicly "this bunny jump stuns, this bunny jump does aoe this bunny jump cures stun etc and this bunny jump just jumps."
thats just the way i see it the only reason why i went dragoon was hoping for breath attacks like kimi because he was a dragoon in ff10 idc what you say he was.
okay im going to make a list
1-2-3-4 idk anything about didnt play
5- dragoon had more than just jumps "made bartz mine"
6 didnt rlly have one in it
7- cid was more than a jumper
8 i skiped it
10 kimy was a dragoon
11 we know had the pet
idk about the one with vaan i skiped that one after 2 mints
13 fang was a dragoon and controlled behmeoth
so tell me how am i wrong
