my complaint about dragoons

Dragoons have never had dragon pets. This was only so in FFXI. This isn't FFXI though.
And you only become a Dragoon at 30. Before then, getting Jumps would make no sense because you are not a Dragoon.
Dragoons jump insane distances into the sky and come down with a crushing force. Does that sound like something "any warrior with a spear" can do to you?
It's really simple.

1 with stun (gap closer), 1 with aoe (gap closer ) ,1 to retreat and lower threath, 1 for dmg (boosted with the other DRG skill)

Dragoons are typically dragon slayers, and the defining move for them has always been their ability to make Damaging Jump Attacks, so they can attack airborne targets.

Not. Here. Read DRG lore in FFXIV during the job quests, and it's clearly said that our job is to beat dragons up. From the post above yours (which is an excerpt from the FFXIV website):

Born amidst the timeless conflict between men and dragons, these lance-wielding knights have developed an aerial style of combat, that they might better pierce the scaled hides of their mortal foes.
