This, I made my FC to help people in situations just like this. It saddens me to see players unable to complete content without paying others or rolling the DF dice.

All that said, I'll gladly help anyone on Balmung with lower level dungeons/story mode trials/etc. Wish I could offer the same on other servers, but we'll need a cross-server friends list/party invite option for that first

Not 100% if this is true but it's worth trying.

One tip I read somewhere is if you use a skill or cast something (even if you interrupt it) the instant you move outside of an AOE or landslide, it updates your position on the server. If you don't use a skill or cast something, there's a 0.3 second position delay so you may still get hit even if you move outside the area.

This trick has worked for me, but you have to use an instant cast/ability when exiting the aoe marker. I did storymode titian prior to learning this with some of my ls members, and I just parked my self in the center for most of the fight so that even if I did get hit with landslide, I wouldn't get knocked off. It still took us most of the instance timer to win. I'm really not looking forward to HM titian.

Ok,I thought I was the only one. I was in a DF group last night. I figured everything out about this fight the first wipe. It's really not hard to figure out. However, that was not the case for my group. I'm 38 now, and I'm sure they were better geared and higher level than me and they were still wiping.

Whm couldn't stay alive, tank kept falling off and would not dodge red markings, and the dragoon would not dodge them either. It was like I was in the twilight zone.... Hopefully I find a good group after work.

PLease yoship hurry up with those world transfers this insanity without my friends is killing me!!!!!

How did you get passed him?

I've been trying since level 34, doesn't work.

I'm level 50 now.. And since 34, every 2 levels I've tried it for a few good hours to beat him using Duty Finder.

At this point, I think it can't be done.

Anyways.. Now I'm 50... And I can't really do anything.

Titan Story mode is nothing compared to what lies ahead. If you had trouble with Titan Story and gave up on it for 20 levels, then you're gonna have a helluva time with the next dungeons and HM Primals.

With that said, I encourage you to look for a more active FC and to look at storyline Titan on youtube. If you have a group who know when to move and to know to hit his heart, the storyline is very easy.

The problem is you are doing it in duty...that is a gamble...you never know what you're gonna get...maybe even a full group of Fate Fannies

Seeing as i did this the first week, things may have changed with attitudes, but when i did it, not one of the group knew what to do. We all learned as we went, and even after many, many wipes, we got it. I'm guessing a lot of people drop after a wipe or two, as once you get past a phase, you should have it down. Even once, later, all but the tank died (frankly our own mistakes) with a bit of health left on titan, and he basically soloed it down.

The attitudes of people now see much worse, not sure why. Seems people don't want to put any effort into it.

1. To anyone on OP's server (Leviathan) who's done Titan story mode: please help him win this! Seriously, form a party of 3 complementary to his main job, group him and just get it done.
2. To OP: your FC seems pretty bad from what you're saying —no one even responding? huh… what kind of FC is that?! You should leave them be in their silent mindset and find some friendly and sharing players to party with!

Just beat it. Just took some trial and error as a team saying what we needed to work on and doing it.
