How did you get passed him?

I've been trying since level 34, doesn't work.

I'm level 50 now.. And since 34, every 2 levels I've tried it for a few good hours to beat him using Duty Finder.

At this point, I think it can't be done.

Anyways.. Now I'm 50... And I can't really do anything.

I've tried asking my FC, but they don't talk.. So.. Nothing there. I asked in chat a few times and everyone wanted tens of thousands to help me.. I don't even got a single ten thousand.. Let alone multiple..

So.. Yeah. I just wanted to say it.

What sort of difficulties are you having with story mode Titan? Does your group wipe constantly? Trolls? Are you having difficulties dodging? Do you keep falling off? Make sure you stay inside the red circle when he jumps. Make sure the DPS (includes you) kill the heart ASAP and break people out of the rock. Watch a few videos/read some guides. Story mode Titan isn't too bad...Wait until you start doing HM primals.

Not me failing at all actually.
haven't been knocked off in a long time.
It's mainly my groups.
It's either "lag" or " I thought I could take it" or "Just listen to me, I've done this before!"
And we all die a billion times.

If it was me, i could understand, no room to really complain. But it's not me... It's them. And I just want it doooone.

Well, I have trouble answering this because I played healer. But as such, I think your biggest problem is going to be as follows: finding a DF group they can avoid AOE, and a healer who can keep up with the damage. That is basically it.

General rules in no particular order (that you probably already know by now after having done it so many times):

1) During the big stomp attack avoid the yellow if possible, and stay out of the red entirely.
2) keep moving during landslide phase, it is easier to be aware and get out of the way
3) If you are unsure if you are able to avoid landslide because of lag, run the middle. Even if you get hit you are less likely to get thrown off the edge.
4) When the heart appears it must be taken out immediately. This is from my perspective where the healer comes in. If you lose even one DPS, good luck taking it out in time. When I first tried we failed 6 times before the group quit, mostly because I wasn't moving enough and kept getting thrown off, or I was moving but not healing enough so we lost a DPS.
5) whoever gets stoned needs to shout in chat like "ME!" and everyone else needs to get them out. But watch out as a landslide always comes right after, so if everybody rushes in to quick to help, it is a guaranteed wipe.

That is it from my perspective. It took me three tries. First group quit after 6 wipes.
Second group we kept wiping mostly because of lag on my end causing me to miss landslide, with 10 minutes left, almost thought we had him. And I got 90K disconnected... Third try it took us about 4 wipes, but we did it. Anyway. Good luck.

If you keep getting the lag complaint: believe it. That second try I would see people stand in landslide. Move out 2 seconds AFTER and not have a problem. I would move the moment it appeared and it would still hit me. Sometimes the lag on titan is worse than any other fight. It really shows who has lag and who doesn't, because while most fights you barely notice the lag much, or it isn't critical, titan if you miss even one landslide, the entire team wipes.

Just started this quest, having trouble finding a group that has their movement down. I was in a group that had it to its last hp and we got wiped It was painful!

Yeah, I don't bash people, if they're having lag issues I usually tell them "I understand"

I try to be as helpful as possible, say things that I know.. But... You know..

Oh well. I'll just keep spamming DF till I get it

I'm a level 48 PLD. I am with you. Every few levels I have tried to beat it. Some parties will fight to the end with you, others bail midway. Last group I was with were a fun bunch, but my heals could not avoid the landslide. I learned a lot. I also found out if I heal while falling, I still die when I hit bottom... Smile

Anyway, my story is stuck because I am reliant upon three other people and myself to dodge. Yes, I've ridden the landslide myself.

Oh and thanks to all of you out there that deemed it necessary to post your accomplishment and claim how easy it is. You really added to the conversation. We know it is easier than HM. We know the challenges grow. You added absolutely nothing to the OP's request and only made some of us feel worse.

Ask your LS/FC/friends who have already finished it to help you out? Chances are you know a ton of people who have beaten it. Otherwise give a shout in a main city explaining you're having trouble with it and ask for help with one clear.

I did one shout in Mor Dhona to fill out a LS party for someone clearing Ifrit Hardmode because DF wasn't giving us much luck. Filled it up with one or two shouts with nice people.
