You honestly think a +5ilvl weapon is going to make or break your ability to hold aggro?

Going from ilvl 45 to ilvl 55 drastically increased my ability to hold aggro in AK. It went from struggling and occasionally losing aggro due to the dps being better geared than I to holding it all the time. +5 may not be a lot, but it sure does count.
