first of all Second wind is a Waste to have as a skill, do the test and you will know.
2nd our own self heals wont keep us alive, they are good to handle huge spike damage like MB on Titan, and probaly what you should use them for, anything else is just pure BS, we are behind PLD tanks and no amount of gear or stats adjustment can fix that for its our class skills that are broken.

fact Stack Vit and parry.
fact use IB on spike damage or near death
fact dont use Macro's learn to weave in your CD's when you fire off your chains (BB/SE)
fact warriors dont do more dps then a PLD.
fact storm patch is worthless
fact Bloodbath and vengence works great on AoE pulls with Mass spawn Owerpower spam.
fact the 4 "warrior guides" are full of miss information. and will only make you a worse tank not better.

First up if you believe Second Wind is a waste (you don't advocate macros so that makes sense) then what would you replace it with, I'd supply ample statistics with something more than "do the test and you will know," getting carried in pug groups and grinding AK doesn't make your opinion valid.

In what gear are you intending to stack parry into something that isn't laughable. In what world does a 20 button bar make more sense than an 8 button macro bar. Given your horrid "facts" the fact a paladin out damages *you* is unsurprising and hilarious. Lastly while your tip on AOE may work just fine in AK, exactly what is your thoughts on the coil adds whose HP will *far* outlast your meager TP.

You wonder why nobody takes you seriously and pities you- it's 'cause your data is false and you fail to provide anything to prove the contrary for those of us that do test everything. Stop making your group carry your ass and do some work for a change.

I actually have testing in my guide that I conducted on Second Wind, because the significance of using the skill was enough to warrant testing.
It even went as far as to show what weapons I used to show how I came with the effect of Weapon Physical Damage on it.

No testing I have read shows a significant gain in adding Parry. So whatever comes standard on your gear is fine.
Why not use Macro's for grouping skills? Using them in that way is much faster.
