And back to the topic, SE have already one legendary mmo, and working to make second one as well that good or even better with so much effort. It would be really good and interesting move if SE transfer FFXI to PS3 and FFXIV to PS4.

No thanks on the waiting game, a re launch or compatability sure. But i think console players have waited long enough. They only needed to fix the game... not pile on content that pc ppl will rush through, leaving ps3 in the dust trying to play catch up.

You know you a pain sometimes no one care about FFXIV anymore the players who waiting for ps3 release by now playing rift or getting GW2 and wont not even care about ffxiv anymore.

if SE want ffxiv to last it should be on the PS4 look how hard there trying to make it work for the ps3. FFXIV on the ps3 would have limit sooner then PS4 then us PC users have to deal with it because console players dont' want to switch to pc in 6-8years like FFXI players now.

To tell you the true i was hoping ffxiv was never going to be release for console so they be no limits like FFXI have but w/e at least we get more players but i guess we have to deal with the limitations 5-6years from now and by then i bet you have quit and not even care about ffxiv and most of us who going to play the game in the long run have to deal with it thanks to a few players wanting it on the ps3.

I hope it be port later for the ps4 and then when ps3 get limitations it only be update for pc and ps4.

@Sweetheart FFXI would never be on PS3 they said it would take longer to recode the game for PS3 then make a new game that how ffxiv came to be. they made a new game because it faster then recoding ffxi on the ps3

If it has a USB port or SD card slot... anything to add some storage then it should work. The Wii had an SD card slot and you can get cheap 32GB SD cards and if that is not enough, there is 64GB too.

This game will not fly on Xbox 360. And please for the love of god, every single FF tittle on the new consoles of nintendo has sucked bad <.< on the other hand, this game already sucks so it will fit right in <.<

No, It wont ever come to xbox, its not the console, its XboxLive. And yes ff11 did it, but they have new system now, ff11 runs on an old system that doesnt even use gold. It just diverts. But new Xbox Live since new dashboard got closed network policy. And Microsoft are too scared to anol to open it, about as anol as SE are of doing US servers.

Anywho as for Wii2, no idea would be nice!

@ostia it may not be in This year E3 but for sure in 2012, the new Nintendo would be display in This year E3 and people would get to play it and we all know m$ is not the type to not show anything i sure they give a hint about there new system.

@viion From here to 2013 if FFXIV become a great hit i'm sure xbox live would change the rule and allow FFXIV into the new Xbox system. FFXIV can easy be port to the new xbox any time m$ chance there mind there about 3years from that so you never know.

The point of the topic is not saying it never going to be the point is would you want it to be in the new "Nintendo/Xbox".
