Rift alone had 5+ regular 50 dungeons with HM versions. Having only one at start is pretty lame if you ask me. Really hope 2.1 comes out soon because running AK and only AK since that is the only choice atm will not keep people interested for long. Extremely long que times in a full group does not help.
Your argument is a bit weird to me. You say FFXIV needs more dungeons to run... yet you list other games that had more dungeons to run but still failed? How is that a solution? I'm not sure what point you were trying to make with that tbh. I believe those games had many other things that contributed to their downfall and that was only part of the overall issues, having been apart of them myself.

Technically there is more than one 50 dungeon. We have CM, Praetorium, Wanderer's Palace, and AK (not counting Coils and Crystal obviously). The issues isn't not having dungeons, so much as the others need to reward better tombstone rewards like AK does so there are more options. I assume that is what you are saying and I don't disagree with you. Long que times is something we have to wait for SE to work out more or less unless distributing players into other viable 50 dungeons would help.
