What do you want SE to do about that? Force players to play more healers and tanks? Come on... TC answered their own question by mentioning the amount of players in WoW. There is a reason parties form faster and a reason it takes longer in FFXIV with everyone running around as DDs.

EDIT: Nevermind. this obviously isn't the answer to the issue. I think SE needs to have more dungeons reward tombs really, or expand their duty finder party limit. It's cumbersome but there are other things you can do while waiting in the meantime such as farming, crafting, gathering, leveling battle classes, etc.

I love threads like this. As if its SE's fault that the community is so horrible that majority of people who tries Tank or Heals run away screaming back to DPS/DD because it will get you cussed out less.

Well, no I take it back, they could do something to fix it- Start permanently banning anyone who trash talks/harrasses/whatever in dungeons to the tank or healer. Whammo, queue problems solved.
