You're talking 2 IBs with 100% of your AP, and then 15 sec later you get an IB with 150% of your AP. So 350% AP worth of IB healer, but you don't get a good portion of it until 10 or so sec after you start the cycle.

Berserk->IB->Infuriate->IB and you get 300% AP worth of IB within 2.5 sec. Then by adding an additional 2.5sec to your rotation (for the 3rd strike of your 2nd rotation), you then get another normal IB, so 400% AP total worth of IB.
help us out. What is AP stand for? Also explain step by step why your rotation is superior so we can understand.

AP = attack power. Berserk increases your attack power by 150%, so if you use it before an IB, you have 150% attack power and will hit 50% harder than you normally would.

    If you do

    Berserk
    IB
    Infuriate
    IB

then your two IBs hit as hard as if you did IB three times (without berserk)

then continue the rest of your rotation as you stated. you get more upfront healing and only have to wait 1 cooldown more before the 3rd inner beast is ready
