Anyone who thinks the PS3 release is cancelled is an idiot, that is there main lifeline for the game to be a success. The only reason it hasn't launched yet is because the game is not in a state for another major release. The PS3 release could potentially net them millions of players why would they throw that away. If they released it now they would get a load of people buy it and then it would drop off rapidly as people wouldn't like it in it's current state. They are waiting until they have the game up to a standard that will enable them to keep those players interested and more importantly, paying a monthly subscription.

Also the PS3 version is complete it was ready to go in November they could launch any time they like. The main reason they gave for not launching now was because there are so many updates at the minute they wanted to wait until they had everything finalised and updates would slow down.

The news that SE have cancelled some of their projects is actually encouraging as to me it means they are moving their teams to make sure the games they are putting out are of the best quality they can achieve. SE has taken a big hit recently and it has tarnished their reputation so now they are focused to reclaim their status as a triple A developer once more and to do that they need to pull people off of other projects so they can focus on their core franchises.

Also I wouldn't look to much into Conan on the 360 being cancelled as that was most likely down to MS, they seem to be in stopping every Dev putting an MMO on the 360 recently, they even put a halt to FFXIV as SE openly stated that they want to have it on 360 but there are some issues with MS.
