Camate have said is work as intended, when is clearly not the case, getting 100-200k exp for 13 minute of fight, i'm sorry is not normal.
the repop of the lamb people kill are far faster than normal, you can get chain exp outrageous because of this.

Find me anywhere in the game where you can get between 100-200k exp in 13 minutes! nowhere outside this FATE.

ps: some people have got 250.000exp, it's rare but possible.

The 100k-200k is for this fate, based on the level. There are many other fates you can do this in (albeit with less xp, but it's based on your current level). You can get a lot of xp from other fates by simply not handing in goods.

I'm guessing the reason this has got so much airtime is that at level 45-50 you're more likely to feel part of something, so you complain about something that is fresher in the mind.

At my level would I be able to participate? I've only started FATE grinding recently because I couldn't do a story quest because I wasn't at the right level (36) so I spent three days FATE grinding Coerthas. I really want to get access to that dungeon that drops those bikini Coliseum armor things...

is more i try to understand the mechanic behind this. let me be more constructive.
they plan to increase the exp gain in dungeon, was said, how they plan to do it, when it will be potentially impossible to beat this ratio exp/time from this fate?
more important with a raise of the cap level this fate will stay the best way to get fast exp.
why do other content?

more important, this content is unfair, since it will depend to have BLM, SMN, BRD in your group for get claim on monster or deal enough damage. if you don't have that in your team forget the lamb you will get no exp.

meaning this content is not for every class and is unbalanced for later content.

indeed i wish the content for level up was more balanced, you will need between 3 and 4 dungeon for get one level actually, if you are a dps, you have a wait time that goes from 15 to 30 minute of wait, count 50-60 minute for do the dungeon, it will put your gain of level to 1 level every 4 hour 30 minutes (for 3 dungeon) at 6 hours (for 4 dungeon)
