No it doesn't trouble me because its been stated that it's working as intended. Grinding levels is extremely boring, it's nice that they at least give us an option to speed it up a bit towards the end.
DD is not the only Fate that can be farmed. It just happens to be high enough level to weed out a lot of stupid and people mean enough to allow that one to be farmed. There are lots of fates very similar to it (often turn in types) that can be farmed for massive exp but people constantly turn in.
Most common reason? "I can play however I want"... I see that as being a selfish dbag.
Many people don't know better but after being told if you continue to do it you are a jerk.
Why don't you just not get in a fate party then lol. Also your supposed to kill the lambs in dd

It's a shame they have flat out decided that 1-50 should be a pointless part of the game I mean why have levels to begin with then if your going to let people coast through the job anyways without the need to play the job in the first place?
Tanks don't need to learn how to tank until 50, DD don't need to even know what a combo is until 50, healers don't need to heal squat until 50....so why level at all?

This guy thinks it is everyone else who is suffering by blisting him... HAHAI ruin it every chance I get, and ensure I have several others with me in order to finish it quickly... Listen here: I don't care about 300 people's experience points - I play for me and my FC, if you want to black list.. I assure you, it is your loss. The fact that any even pretend I will change my play-style or that of my FC is a sad one indeed. If open world pvp existed I would ensure this place was camped at least 2-4 hours a day - so everyone who whines... Be happy that you can actually do DD without being destroyed by PvP.
This is how I see this as well. It's a means for easy and quick leveling, but things in an MMORPG (as has been so repeatedly brought up time and time again by the people on these very forums) are meant to take time for the longevity of the game. Yoshi-P's idea here seemed to be that you could quest to 50 on your main class and take your time leveling sub-classes with a limited amount of content simply because you had a main class at 50. Which is fine.personally i found this FATE to give waaay too much exp. worst is not the FATE itself that give way too much exp, but the respawn of the monster that is the trouble.
i wonder if is not the time for Square-Enix to step in and change this fate that is ruining the community. people will be angry at this i'm sure, instead to do 100-200k exp each time they will do way less. but seriously... who care, instead to spend 2 day for do the 40-50 they will spend 3 days.
* The sad thing is that FFXIV turned RDM into a turret, and people think that's what it's supposed to be. It's supposed to combine sword and magic into something more, not spend the bulk of gameplay spamming spells and jump into melee for only 3 GCDs before scurrying back to the back line like good little casters.
