Fixed it for you. Devs said working as intended, either way. The rights of one person to finish a mission and move on doesn't stop just because 50 or 500 people want to take advantage of the Fate.

So it's my right to play as a healer & go dps without healing then? Please remember that FATEs are group activities as well, doing something just to satisfy your personal needs without caring about the rest of the group is selfish enough, doing it on purpose just to piss off others is inexcusable.

Yes, it is. I've been doing fates since early access and have yet to be healed once during.

This is what Fates have done to this game. EDIT: Once got a raise after one. Once.

DOUBLE EDIT: Realize you may not just be talking about Fates, but in every aspect. Yes, its still your right to play as a healing class and just dps. Hell, that's what the current game design is encouraging (through Fate powerleveling)

By definition, those people are not trolling. At all. Yet, they are getting blacklisted by some of these players, for engaging in perfectly normal behavior. They aren't being a douche by doing so. You ought to be able to recognize that fact without being blinded by your want of xp.

Continually interfering with people who are farming experience because you don't agree with their methods, when there are plenty other fates available for you to complete, is EXTREMELY juvenile, and not the type of person I would ever want to play with, hence the blacklist.

You're looking at this as if it is a group of people who are intentionally griefing you and others, when in reality they're just playing the game as it was designed to be played. I'm pretty sure your argument here isn't built on objective logic, but instead a type of childish pique - someone interferes with your easy xp stream, who cares the reason, BL them!!

i'm the only one to notice how a single FATE lead to some behaviour extrem? Blacklist someone simply because he do the FATE? last time i have check nothing belong to anybody, if someone is finishing the FATE before i can get enough credit for get gold... i must blacklist him, no?

personally i found this FATE to give waaay too much exp. worst is not the FATE itself that give way too much exp, but the respawn of the monster that is the trouble.
i wonder if is not the time for Square-Enix to step in and change this fate that is ruining the community. people will be angry at this i'm sure, instead to do 100-200k exp each time they will do way less. but seriously... who care, instead to spend 2 day for do the 40-50 they will spend 3 days.

Not sure if you read all posts or not, but someone posted that on one server they have an FC that does just that. Then you have various posters here that said they do or would kill the lambs just to screw it up for the parties there.

I don't blame people if they don't realize the benefit of farming DD at first, but once people see that its being completed they say "Don't complete! We get way more exp if we farm it!" if people then CONTINUE to complete it because they're selfish jerks then i have a huge issue. Also fates don't spawn immediately after another, and travel time does take a while in certain areas. And not all fates are over in 1 minute, that's just silly. You also have to hope you get there in time to get gold, which doesn't always happen. With DD you get a MINIMUM of 100k in exp, its easy to get even more than that. Stop defending selfishness. Its ONE fate we do this for, get over it.
