No, he chosen a DoW/DoM class and don't want to switch to other classes to make money. simple. No everybody likes to hop classes. I gonna stay SCH and will not level any other class beyond skills that i need for SCH for example, it's just way i want to play.

Then you're not going to get money.
You have the pot right there, but you don't want to cross the room, even though you can go back at any time. I don't know what to tell you because I'm not going to get it for you.
Both have already happened. Legacy characters get a whole 0 cut out and repair costs have never been lower.

and that's why economic system in this game is flawed. Game that doesn't reward people for doing what they like is doomed to fail. It's a GAME not work.

You are rewarded, just not financially. That's what the crafting and gathering classes are for. A game that rewards you everything for anything all the time quickly becomes boring. You need to struggle a little to make the rewards more enthralling.
I for one don't like having to run through fetch quests just to progress a story, but I still do it.
I find this hilarious as playing videogames is actually my job. It's a GAME not work.
The only real difference between work and play is perspective. And being paid obviously.

Game must have a balance between crafting/gathering and other ways to make money. Not everybody likes to craft/gather. Financial reward for non craters is essential to allow people to continue doing that they like not resorting to crafting/gathering. it doesn't matter what you are doing. and yes it's a bad game design when crafters forced to do fetch quests to be able to unlock all of the game's features, good MMO doesn't force people, it just presents content and freedom to do it as well as balanced rewards for doing it. Daily quests are coming perhaps they will fix the issue. You are rewarded, just not financially. That's what the crafting and gathering classes are for. Let me break down my problems with this. XIV is completly designed around the ability to switch your classes. Without a financial focus, crafting and gathering jobs have even less point than they do now. You can use them to make money and repair your own gear for much cheaper. It's how you make money in this game. You have other options like leves and selling the crap you get from monsters, but this is how you make money. If you don't want to make money this way, you're not going to get much.Game must have a balance between crafting/gathering and other ways to make money. Not everybody likes to craft/gather. Try thinking of it this way: You get money from battle leves and quests, FATE battles, selling enemy drops, and selling materia you can make from soulbound items.
But. You can get more money from gathering and crafting classes, as those are the jobs that give you more opportunity to be financially active.
There's no actual issue beyond your inability to peruse heavy financial gain because you find it personally uninteresting. I'm sure they'll provide more opportunities in the future for battle classes, but the big bucks are in crafting so it's not totally worthless.

This is an interesting view. And its not really compatible with how FFXIV operates. The ability to insta-switch between classes is there for a reason. Its beneficial for you and others to have multiple classes leveled.
The view that "I"m ONE job ONLY" seems to stem from other MMOs that don't have this pretty neat feature. The game really is more fun if you're trying other classes and using that feature in the game. Don't limit yourself to one class just because that's what other MMO's have trained you to do.
