    It helps, sure. But it isn't neccessary by any means.

    Vitality on the other hand... having 3200+ HP allows for much greater margin in error.

    Extra DPS is always useful though, farming Ifrit isn't particulary hard. I did it as DRG in Ifrit weapon and it wasn't so bad, I could definitely feel the DPS of my friends with Garuda/Relic weapons out classing my own though.

    Basically it helps but I wouldn't say it's neccessary. Every extra bit allows for greater speed of killing/more survivability/more margin for error, which can mean a lot on Titan.

    What he said. Survivability > DPS in Titan HM for sure.
