    I don;t understand why poeple are not using security tokens? Most poeple have a smartphone these days and it's a free app!?

    Simple solution to all these key logging problem people are coming accross.

    Apart from both not having a smartphone AND not wanting to pay the one off payment for a security key that lasts years (which at that point you are at your own risk) i cannot see a reason why anyone would not have one!

    Surely the only bad experience you could have would be for you to lose the deactivation code? It does tell you on the instructions to keep the security key deactivation code in a seperate place from the security token.

    WoW uses security tokes from the same company and people by the thousands (that use the tokens) still got hacked. Their forums were overwhelmed with posts about it around the end of the Wrath expansion.
