    i have waited for close to a month for that to happen for me.. but SE kept closing my tickets without any resolution

    I feel for you that it sucks you lost gil and items.

    But really, the only way RMT are accessing your account is because of weak passwords. It's 2013. There is no reason to not be using a legit password.

    No answer no nothing. I tried the chat support and they told me to fill a form to recover items/gil when the account is compromised. I filled it but still nonews, and no answer to my 3 in-game tickets.
    But yeah of course I got an email with a survey about how i found the experience with the square enix costumer service...

    I started using the one time passwd with the android device. Works fine, but its too late ....

    Don't feel sad. I am in the same boat too ; ; got hacked at 4am in the morning around 3 hours after i went to sleep. Haven't been able to resolve a single thing.
