Monks very weak. Need rebalance

the second one get 196 dps for 25497, giving a time of 130.08 second

maybe i'm stupid, but how is possible? i means normally if the data are for the same time you will get the same time from both. here we get 7 second of decal.

the other dps have the same weird thing:
- 15583 for 128dps: total 121.74sec
- 13290 for 111dps: total 119.72sec.

Parser isn't perfect. It's useful for getting rough numbers for stuff, that's about it.

I could only assume its a dot runoff. since the parser is funky with dot readings. No MNK LB was used

That's why DPS isn't what people should look at but Total Damage and compare it with other class.
And FFXIV-App is too broken in regards to DoTs. LogRep is far more accurate.
