Boss...tend to have perm buffs that can't be removed...besides the fact that the only class that can remove it is mnk. Chimera would be a push over if mnks can remove his elemental enhancement buff.
So many people sing praise to the monk's buff removal without actually giving situations where it's useful. I haven't found a single remotely difficult fight with a buff that can be removed. I don't know why it's even on my bar anymore.
