I don't get what you mean with "worthless without mind or int stats"
A physical class doesn't have MIND stats so the heals are so tiny as to be almost worthless when borrowed from CNJ. That's all I meant. CNJ gets good use from them but I want a physical class instead.

I'd advise you to stop doing side quests entirely on both CNJ and the class you want to switch to. Stick to the main story quests, hunting logs, a few fates/leves/dungeon runs/guildhests when you need them to pick up a level or three to qualify for the next main story quest. That's enough to level at a decent pace, and it'll leave side quests for future classes you might want to level, which won't have the main story quests to help them along.
Bixby thank you for clarifying the swap, I hadn't realised I could just ignore the quest and pick them up later. It won't be easy to just ignore them lol

    Thanks

EDIT: side query to that. What happens if I abandon a quest? Is it lost forever or can I pick it up again later for a different class? Got so many to high for a starting class that all the arrows are confusing me. Ta

If you abandon a quest, it resets. The "!" reappears on the quest giver again, and you can talk to him to take it again, starting all over from the beginning. Note that, except for quests tied to your class/job, which require you to *be* that class/job to take them, perform them and turn them in, you are *not* tied to the class you were when you took a quest. You can change to any class you wish at any time during the quest's performance, and you can be any class you wish when you turn the quest in and that class will get the XP (however, you can't turn in a quest if your current level is below the quest's minimum level).
