Um. The primary complaint from the OP is the positional lag. I run into this myself almost constantly. I am a good player, but I seem phail because of positional lag. I get hit by stuff all the time even when, on my screen, I am outside of it. If they cannot fix the positional lag that is rendering content unpassable by those who are being affected by the lag problem, then the next best thing is to nerf content. I do not like content nerfs because I do not have issues with mechanics. But if I cannot complete content due to their servers lagging out? Then that is a MAJOR flaw and is not the fault of the player. Nerfing content is the easiest thing for SE to do unfortunately. I have a feeling this lag problem is stemming from the foundations of their software/code, and fixing it would require serious overhauling/money/time.
