I am sorry but i didn't read the full thread so if this has been already suggested then ignore my post.

I get the idea that these problems are on every server but do not effect every player. So i can only assume it is either down to user hardware, ISP problems/throttling OR it hits during prime time when the servers are under more stress.
Now lets say it is due to peak time server stress, SE is probably not going to do anything about it until the free 30 day sub ends and people start to pay. When the free time is over many people will have decided that the game is not for them and move on. This would then probably resolve the problem. IF by some miracle enough people carry on playing once free time is over that it doesn't resolve the issue then and only then will SE do something at their end to fix it.

Just my thoughts on it.
