Faction NMs? That's essentially what this is. Special repeatable NMs you get via Guildleve counter that no one can camp/claim from you because you need the leve.

...so you just want more of them, possibly adding some with no faction point fee? I love the idea, but don't see anything new.

They can be different from faction NM leves. For instance, the NM can spawn in a random area each time, so that the players will have to explore to find it.

Mark Board NMs would also require no faction points to spend in order to defeat.
