Nope. Because all the features that people are asking for from an AH can be implemented into the Market Wards without making it an auction house.

Its pretty much accepted that no one actually wants Blind or Timed Bidding so calling it an auction house because it has other shared features is irrelevant. Just implement those features, but do not add bidding.
