~320-330.
~390 from Raging Strikes.
Bio with 670 DoT avg, there is your culprit.
I would be doing more than that DPS if Bio and Bio II were doing that damage.
But, again. I made no judgement on those parses and was only posting what was asked.
Case in point: If Bio II averaged 187, and Bio averaged 671, that would mean 286 DPS from them alone.
So you're saying that 286 out of 295 DPS was those 2 skills? It seems like the dps was generally "correct" but the breakdown is awful.

Using the DPS and total damage, we can conclude the fight lasted 150 seconds
Using the DoT tick you got in game, let's say you do 350 DoT every 3 seconds (they tick every 3 seconds, right ?).
So that's 350 * 50 = 17 500 DoT total.
The parser shows 32 821 DoT Total.
Now if take we replace that DoT total with our theoretical DoT Total , we have :
29216 Total damage on 150 seconds = 194 DPS
Stop me If I say something wrong.

Using the DoT tick you got in game, let's say you do 350 DoT every 3 seconds (they tick every 3 seconds, right ?).
So that's 350 * 50 = 17 500 DoT total.

If we assume the parser is right for Garuda, Ruin, Ruin II, and Fester(and why wouldn't it be? Those are all logged in the log), then you can add ~160 DPS. ~60 DPS from Garuda, ~100 from Ruin/Ruin II/Fester.
Which would fall in line with the parses DPS, but not the breakdown. Especially since in the 150 seconds Ruin/Ruin II/Fester do less total DPS because that 295 parse was after I ran out and let the DoTs bleed out.

Getting your real dps would require a deeper theorycraft. All you can assume is that your DPS right now is at maximum 261 dps (counting pet)

With Raging Strikes I was getting some crits of over 500 every 3 seconds.
That's why I used a 350 tick to count Raging Strikes. However that number is a bit high because Raging strikes is only applied on 1 rotation of DoTs. The real number would be close to 330-340 avg tick damage.
On top of that, I did assume your DoTs would always be in effects but in reality it is likely that some of them would not be on at all time.
As for critical, it was left out because parser do not take them and my point was just to prove the DPS shown by parser is wrong.
Critical hits from DoTs, based on a 10% crit which seems the avg for SMN, would result in a 3.33% increase in your dps/total dmg.
