    I fail to see what you are trying to accomplish. The money left over is used for the next month. So unless you throw a fit and quit, (Which seems to be the case anyway) you still are paying for what you use regardless. The service sucks, we get it. To sit there and (stomp, scream, whatever else you're doing over there) throw yet another fit about a fix, which works mind you, is the "idiocy" you are speaking of. Take that moment and laugh at yourself now.

    On topic: It works. Takes 5 minutes of your time to do. The service sucks, stop beating the horse. Do it or shut up about it being cheap, etc. If you want to wait, then wait. But there is no point in throwing fits about something that can have you playing in 5 minutes.

    What if there is no "next month?" What then? Would we get our $7 back? Paying $20 for a $13 sub is not the answer. Not to mention the hoops you have to jump through just to use it.

    Yes. You're failing to see what he's trying to accomplish. And, yes, I am laughing at myself a little bit. But this is the world now. This is how these systems work. It's called having a voice. The people who gave me the problem (relatively minor though it may be), won't let me speak to them. When I try, they ignore me and I'm presently sitting on a two day old apparently useless time ticket. What's more, it seems they don't really care. So, I'm going to come on here and complain, see if others are also complaining, and then complain some more alongside them. Why? Because if nothing else, this is one way to be heard. It's quite frustrating when it seems like such a simple problem, but you have no one to tell. And sometimes, you just have to say the same thing over and over again until you get bored of it, which I will. And am. So, I'll leave. Soon. I just wish SquareEnix would fix the problem that is clearly theirs/give an explanation. But at the very least, I wish someone over there would read this. :P

    I sort of want to force them into deleting this thread too. At least that's some kind of a response...

    That's fine and dandy. Now take that voice and say it over in the stickied thread where they are discussing it. Doing this only lets them close the thread and let it get buried when there is some helpful information for those who want to play while they complain. Of course, I wouldn't expect any of the selfishness on this forum to do that. Heaven forbid we make a formal protest of this.

    You like the game, you pay for it. Simple. You may or may not get that money back, but if you enjoy the game, you will eat the expense. Will it suck? Sure. But I still like the game enough to jump through the hoops that allow me to play. Does not mean I will stop throwing a fit over not being able to use my card though (In the correct thread. Unlike some people here.).

    Well now, you are right! In my defense, I was trying to launch a "formal protest", but on your advice, I go to see this "sticky thread" and there it is. Mud is on my face. At least it's not the shit from before.

    I also have to take a second to praise SquareEnix for making a statement. They're still saying it's all our fault, but who knows, maybe it is. Hopefully, I can actually find a solution with them and get back to giving them my money and playing FFXIV!
